They are probably the best Oreo cakes I have ever tried. A lot of cake's that I have experimented with before are like a vanilla cake with bits of Oreo in them, which didn't really give them enough Oreo flavor. But these were a lot better. I used a dark chocolate fudge cake mix instead of just a regular chocolate cake mix, which went really well with the cookies and gave the cakes just a little more flavor.

I’ve lost my words.

I used to be able to sit down at my computer, drink some tea to feel intellectual, and just go at it. Beautiful words, or at least what I thought were beautiful words, flowed out of me without a second thought. Now all I can do is write about how I cannot write. How heartbreaking is that? My words were stoppered up for too long, and now they are wasted and irretrievable. If I could only go back five years…

7  a. m. - green tea without sugar.
9 a. m. - boiled egg.
11 a. m. - 1 tbs of steamed raisins.
1 p. m. - 100 g of boiled meat (beef or chicken are desirable).
3 p. m. - a glass of tomato juice.
5 p. m.  an egg.
7 p. m. - an apple.
9 p. m. - 1 glass of milk (or kefir which is more preferable).

Recipe 1. Dough on kefir and cheese

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of kefir
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 2/3 tsp of soda
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 glasses of flour.
