Lose Weight with Activated Charcoal

World's dieticians affirm that taking activated charcoal as a component during some diets helps an organism to deal with degradation products that are formed when you limit food you eat. 

Here is an example of such a diet.

Version 1.

Breakfast: 2 medium-sized green apples, 2 activated charcoal pills (pounded into powder) poured with a glass of water. 

30 minutes before the dinner take in 2 more pills and drink after.

Dinner: stewed vegetables (you can eat any vegetables except potatoes), a glass of kefir with cinnamon powder (about 1/2 teaspoon) and 1 apple or grapefruit. 

Before the supper (40-50 minutes before) take in 2 more pills. 

Supper: you can cook and eat 150g of fish fillet with vegetables. 

Before the sleep take in 2 pills of activated charcoal and dring with water in small sips.
