Curds Cake


Pastry:
1.5 glasses of flour;
2 tsp baking powder;
100 g melted butter (margarine);
2 tbs sour cream;
1/2 glass of sugar;
1 egg. 

Mix all the ingredients, put onto the baking tray and powder the pastry with semolina. 

Filling:
500 g curds;
1/2 glass of sugar;
4 egg yolks;
1 tbs semolina;
100 g sour cream. 

Mix all the ingredients and put onto the baking tray. 

Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. 
Whisk the egg-whites and 1/2 glass of sugar. 

Put the cake from the oven, decorate it with stripes from apricot jam and whisked egg-whites and put the cake into the oven for about 10 minutes.
