Top 6 Healthy Drinks
1. Apple and cinnamon drink
Cut an apple into very small pieces and pour it with 500ml of hot water, add 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Leave to cool and then drink.
Combination of apples and ground cinnamon will improve your metabolism and cleanse your digestive tract.
2. Lemon juice, ginger and honey drink
Mix 2 tbs fresh lemon juice and 200ml of warm water, add 1tbs raw honey and a pinch of ground ginger. Take on an empty stomach half an hour before a breakfast. It will help to cleanse the digestive tract, strengthen sides of blood vessels and give a good supply of energy.
3. Ginger drink
Peel 3-4cm raw ginger root and cut it into small pieces, pour with 1l hot water, then boil and heat for 10 minutes. Then filter. Leave to cool, then add a pinch of ground ginger and several spoons of dog-rose extract.
Take 100-150ml a half before the breakfast during the day.
It improves digestion, metabolism, gives a restorative and bracing effect.
4. Vegetable juice
Make a raw juice from 1 beetroot, 2 apples and 4 celery stems. Take 1 tablespoons twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) half an hour before the breakfast.
5. Healthy cocktail
Make a raw juice of 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 carrot, mix it with 100ml mineral water. Drink on an empty stomach half an hour before the breakfast. It is a fabulous remedy from tiredness.
6. Cucumber and celery drink
Chop 1 cucumber and 1 celery stem, add 30 ml of water. Drink it during the day. It’s best suitable for fasting days.
Of course, raw juices are the bettert, than anything else, but you can take any of these drinks with you to work. The only thing you should remember is to use glass container for fruit and vegetable juices and warm drinks, not plastic ones.
