Step 1: On the forehead.
Massage your forehead with your fingertips, making a circular motion. Start massaging from the middle of the forehead and slowly move toward the temples. Massage slowly. Repeat the "route" 3 times.

Step 2: Between the eyebrows.
To avoid excessive wrinkles on your nose, massage daily with your middle and ring fingers-- gently glide from the nose to the nose wings. Repeat 5-6 times in each direction.

Step 3: Near the nose.

Step 4: Eye.
Close your eyes and relax. Using your fingers, gently press down on the inner corners of eyes, then slide your fingers along the upper and lower eyelids, forming a circle.

Step 5. around the lips.
Massage with your middle and ring fingers, place these fingers into the groove that is between the lower lip and chin. Perform a gliding motion along the edge of your lips, then to the middle of the upper lip. Repeat 3 times.
