The first 3 days we reduce the stomach size. Eat 5-6 times a day, in small portions, using only teaspoons. 

Do point 1 plus 2-2.5 litres of water per day. This will take 2 more days. 

Do points 1 and 2 and also change your ration. get rid of harmful food. Find the alternatives to harmful products. Reduce the quantity of sweets, fat products and pastry. Cook with steam, stew, boil or bake in the oven. This will take 7 more days. 

Do all the previous points and add sport. You should do sports for an hour every day (you can do exercises for half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening or divide this hour as you wish). 7 more days.
