Weight-loss Salad

It's the best weight loss salads.

Ingredients:

- 2 raw carrots
- 1 apples
- 2 bell peppers
- 3-4 tbs low-calorie yogurt 
- dill
- parsley.

Method:

Grate the carrots, cut the apple into long stripes and slice the pepper into half-moons. Chop the greens. Mix all the ingredients and dress with yogurt.
