Energy Gymnastics — are several simple exercises that take only about 5 minutes to do. You can do them in your bed or standing. You shouldn't understimate them.
Energy Gymnastics helps to get red of the energy rubbish and open the channels for getting new energy. This gymnastics allows to increase the emotional intellect coefficient. Many healers use it for recovering energy balance and improvement of all internal organs and systems.
Do lying (or standing)
Exercise 1.
Circular feet rotation (by turns) 4 times in each side.
Exercise 2.
Circular lower leg rotation, knees bent (by turns, if standing) 4 times in each side.
Exercise 3.
Circular hip joint rotation, right and left one by turns 4 times in each side.
Exercise 4.
Lifting your gluts before, make rotatory movements with your pelvis 4 times in different sides.
Exercise 5.
Make rotatory movements with your hands back and forth 4 times each hand.
Exercise 6.
Make rotatory movements with your elbow joints of both arms back and forth 4 times.
Exercise 7.
Make rotatory movements with your shoulder joints of both arms back and forth 4 times.
Exercise 8.
Rising on your elbows, make head bending clockwise and anticlockwise back and forth. Then make rotatory head movements clockwise and anticlockwise 4 times.
Exercise 9.
Make rotatory eye movements, 4 times each eye, back and forth clockwise and anticlockwise.
