Chicken Breast with Tomatoes and Cheese

- 600-700 g chicken fillet
- 3-4 tomatoes
- any hard cheese
-spices to taste.

1. Preheat the oven to 190C before you start cooking.
2. Cut chicken breasts into thin layers 1 cm width. You can also make long pieces but I divided them into two. Put onto the baking tray, add salt and spices from both sides. I used black pepper (I like to ground it myself because it results fragrant) karri and ginger.
3. I didn't grease the backing tray with anything.
4. Cut the tomatoes into rounds. I had a proportion of 700 g of fillet and 3 tomatoes, one of them was odd man out.
5. Repeat the same with cheese. You can cut it into thin slices instead of grating.
6. The oven should be heated to this moment. Put the baking tray into the oven and wait for 25 minutes.
7. You can check the readiness of the dish with brown cheese. At 190 C the time of getting brown is the same as the time of fillet readiness. Enjoy!
