08:00 - milk porridge, tea or coffee.
11:00 - milk-shake (with any fruit or berries, for example, banana or strawberry).
13:00 - chicken breast (you can boil it, grill or bake) with vegetables (fresh, in a salad, stewed, baked), tea to your taste. 
16:00 - a fruit and a glass of kefir.
