Apply it twice a year – in spring and in autumn. A course lasts 2 weeks.
We will need:
1 tbs honey (test for allergy first);

1 tbs rich sour cream;
50 g curds (curds for children are also possible);
1 egg;
6-10 drops of lemon;
1-2 aloe ampoules;
vitamin B1 and B12 ampoules.
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a glass dish and apply onto a clean face (under eyes is also possible) and rest for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water. Don’t use a moisturizer after the mask. Use this mask every evening for 2 weeks. Keep it in a fridge in a closed dish.
