Ginger Extract - an Old Tibetian Recipe

Ginger extract is used for tone and vivacity. It's also very useful for quinsy and colds. 

It restores vision perfectly, increases the sexual activity of men and women! 

To make a ginger extract, take 250 g of ginger root. Wash, peel and cut into the plates. Put them into a medium-sized bowl and pour with water. You need so much water to cover the cut ginger completely. 

Cover and put to a dark and dry place to brew for 2 weeks. Shake from time to time. Filter and add  2 teaspoons of honey. 

Take in 1 teaspoon before the meal 2 times a day. This old Tibetian recipe is very effective. It cleanses the blood and increases protective forces of your body.
