Feta olive salad
Ingredients:
200g tomatoes
200g cucumbers
200g bell pepper
200g feta (or brynza)
10-15 pitted olives
Greens
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Cut the cucumbers into shreds, dice the tomatoes. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into shreds. To cook a tasty dressing, mix the lemon juice and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper and dressing. Crumble washed greens.
Mash feta with a fork and toss with greens. Form small balls from the ready mass. Put an olive inside each ball. Toss and serve. Decorate with feta balls.
