Children's Curd Biscuits

A very simple recipe, no excess ingredients. It will be suitable both for children and their parents. Biscuits result very tasty.


150 g of butter
200 g of curds
250 g of flour
100 g of sugar.


1. Whip cold butter with sugar and curds.
2. Add flour and knead a dough.
3. Roll the pastry into the ling wrap and place into the fridge for 2 hours. 
4. Preheat the oven to 200 C. 
5. Roll the pastry into 3 mm width layer, cut into biscuits and lay out on the baking tray, covered with the baking paper. 
6. Put into the oven for 10-15 minutes, in dependance on the size of the biscuits. 

If you wish, you can powder the biscuits with sugar or cinnamon. Enjoy!
