1. Clay
Buy blue clay in a pharmacy and mix it with curdled milk to get a thick mass. Put the mass into the material for 15-20 minutes. Put it on your forehead. Make such compress before the sleep 2-3 times a week. Within a month you'll forget about insomnia. 


2. Dill
Pour 3 tablespoons of dill seeds with 0.5 litre of a good Cahors wine, boil at a low heat for 10-15 minutes, after that cool and filter. Take in 2-3 tablespoons before the sleep. 

3. Sleep pillow

Dissolve 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of honey into a glass of milk or pickle and drink before the sleep. 

6. Calm teas
Use the following herbs while making them: valerian root, lavanda flowers, meadow-sweet leaves, fennel, linden or camomile flowers, melilot officinal melilot, lady's bedstraw, sweet marjoram.
