The Most Effective Way to Remove Salt from Your Body? What Way? That's Rice!

Purification with rice. 

Pour 3 tablespoons of rice with 1 litre of water. In the morning pour off the water, add some fresh water and boil for 5 minutes. Repeat that 2 times. After 4 times eat the warm rice and don't eat anything after that for 3 hours. Then lead yur habitual ration. Adding dry fruit is obligatory. The course lasts 10 days. 

You can make a cake of dried fruit: mince 300 g of dried apricots, raisins, prunes, add a half of a lemon and fill everything with honey. Keep this cake in the fridge and take 1 tablespoon of it in the second half of the day.
