How to fall asleep in one minute?

Many people can't fall asleep for a long time thinking of eternity or of a fly on the ceiling. I was also that kind of person who suffers from insomnia until I learnt a special breathing technique that helped me to fall asleep in one minute.

Don't get me wrong. This technique is not an anesthesia that will faint you rom the first time and outright. It requires constant and regular repetitions to develop relaxing skills in your body. However, this technique will help to lower the stress level and shorten the time of falling asleep even beginners.

Firstly, place the tip of your tongue to the palate that is a protuberance behind front upper teeth. Then, with your mouth closed, take a breath through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for a count of seven and after that release your breathe with a whistling sound. Remember your tongue should always be in its position. Repeat this exercise several times without pauses.

It doesn't matter how long your breath is, the main is to keep the ratio of 4:7:8.

Exhale for a count of four seconds.

Hold your breath for a count of 7 seconds.

Inhale for a count of 8 seconds.

Relax.

The effect of slackness and the state of calm, caused with this technique, will increase in the course of time and your practice.

This technique is used for reduction of stress, anxiety and the desire of eating something harmful or smoking.
