Chocolate and Curd Balls Pie


For the balls: 
- 250 g of curds.
- 2 egg yolks.
- 50 g of sugar. 
- 50 g of coconut flakes.
- 3 tablespoons of starch. 

For the pastry:
- 4 eggs.
- 30 g of sugar.
- 50 g of chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons of flour.
- 2 tablespoons of starch.
3 tablespoons of cocoa.
- a pinch of salt. 
- 2 packages of vanilla sugar. 
- some baking powder. 


Cooking of chocolate pie with curd balls. 

At first, let's cook the balls. Mix the curds with sugar, starch, coconut and egg yolks. Stir thoroughly until homogenious mass. Form the balls. 
The pastry. Separate egg-whites from the egg yolks. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanillin until it's even light mass. Add melted chocolate. Add sifted flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and salt to the chocolate and egg mass and stir carefully. 
Whisk eggs to fluffy foam. Add to the mass slowly with the help of a kitchen shovel moving from up to down. 
Cover a baking tray with baking paper, lay out the balls. Cover with the chocolate mass. Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes. Cover everything with a chocolate glaze.
