Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet
10 tbs soy sauce
6 tbs apple vinegar
5 tsp brown sugar
2 tbs tomato paste
1 sweet pepper
1 glass of canned pineapple.
Method:
1. Cut chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces, put into the bowl and add soy sauce.
2. Add tomato paste, sugar and apple vinegar.
3. Cut sweet paper into slices and pineapple into cubes. Then add them to the bowl. Mix and leave to pickle for 30-60 minutes.
4. Heat the pan over high heat and fry the chicken with a sauce for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
