Baked Cheese Dip

If you need a quick appetizer to wow your friends and family during the upcoming holidays, look no further! Baked Cheese Dip might be just what the taste buds ordered. Serve hot with crackers.

Ingredients:
4 ounces chive and onion flavored cream cheese
(or use plain cream cheese, but double the onion powder or add some very finely diced onions)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
1 1/4 cups shredded cheese (I used a combo of Monterey Jack, mozzarella and cheddar)

Preheat the oven to 375. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix the cream cheese, mayo and spices together until smooth. Mix in shredded cheese using a spoon or spatula. Place dip into an oven safe dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
