Swiss Roll in 6 Minutes


- 55 g flour
- 55 g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 2 egg
- 5 tbs of jam
- powdered sugar. 


1. Firstly, mix the first four ingredients then add 2 eggs and whisk everything until homogenious mass.
2. Prepare the baking tray, covering it with baking paper and greasing it with vegetable oil or butter. Lay out the pastry evenly and put into the preheated to 180C oven. 
3. Bake for only 6 minutes until it's golden. 
4. While the layer is in the oven, put the jam into the metal pan and warm at the heat a little. You can take any jam you wish, but strawberry jam is the ms suitable. 
5. Take the jam away from the heat and put out the layer. Take away the paper and grease one side with the warm jam, roll and cover with powdered sugar. 
6. Let it cool. Make a tea and enjoy!
