The Swedish diet. 7 kilos in 7 days

The 1st day

Breakfast: buckwheat cereal, 250ml milk

Dinner: bell pepper, tomato and onion salad, 100g cheese, 1 cup of milk

Supper: boiled beetroot with low fat sour cream, boiled potatoes, slice of a bread

 

The 2nd day

Breakfast: buckwheat cereal, 250ml milk

Dinner: 150g green vegetable salad, 2 boiled potatoes, a helping of low fat fish.

Supper: a cup of milk, 2 hard-boiled eggs, onion and cabbage salad with some vegetable oil

 

The 3rd day:

Breakfast: 60 g hard cheese, a slice of bread, 250ml milk

Dinner: 1 cup fresh apple juice, a piece of fried chicken without skin and fat, 100g any vegetable salad

Supper: a cup of milk, 2 hard boiled eggs, onion and cabbage salad with some vegetable oil

 

The 4th day

Breakfast: 2 toasts, 250g apple juice

Dinner: 200g any fruits, a piece of lean meat, 100g buckwheat cereal

Supper: a cup of milk, 100g rice porridge, 250g tomato and onion salad with vegetable oil

 

The 5th day:

Breakfast: 100g natural yogurt, medium-sized orange

Dinner: 100g boiled potatoes, a cup of tea without sugar, 1 beef cutlet

Supper: 1 cup of fresh apple juice, fruits, 150g strawberry

 

The 6th day

Breakfast: 250g milk, buckwheat cereal

Dinner: an apple, an orange, boiled meat without fat, 150g boiled potatoes

Supper: 100g boiled rice, vegetable salad

 

The 7th day:

Breakfast: 250g milk, 100g buckwheat cereal

Dinner: 250g orange juice, 100g boiled potatoes, an apple and an orange

Supper: 250g apple juice, a slice of rye bread, a meat chop, vegetable salad
