Custard Pancakes with Milk

Instructions:

To make the batter, whisk the eggs.

Add 500 ml milk, 1 teaspoon baking powder and the flour to get the batter as for the fritters. Then add 2250 ml boiling water and stir carefully.

Add 7 tablespoons vegetable oil.

The batter is ready! Fry in a hot pan on both sides.
