Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
150 g cheese
400 g tinned mushrooms
1 chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream for dressing.
Method:
Cut the pepper in thin slices.
Slice the mushrooms thin.
Boil chicken breast then chop.
Grate the cheese.
Mix all the ingredients. Dress with sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
