The Best Healthy Dinner Recipe

A dinner should consist of protein and vegetables. Vegetables should be twice more than protein. Protein should be light: fish, seafood, curds, white cheese (mozzarella or circassian cheese), eggs, haricot, lentil, mushrooms.

As for vegetables, cauliflower, green salad, Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, broccoli, celery, pumpkin, leek, avocado, sunroot will be suitable.

Handful or two palms size is your dinner portion. In grams, the dinner portion of average women is about 250g, 350g for a man. 

Marinated beef with green beans recipe


100 g green beans (frozen is suitable)

50 g carrot

150 g lean beef or veal

5 g garlic

10 g fresh ginger 

5 g honey (in case you keep a strict diet, don't add honey)

5 g olive oil.


Firstly, let's cook meat. Cut the beef into long thin stripes, add cut or chopped garlic, grated gonger (or ginger powder), honey and say sauce. Mix everything and leave for 10-15 minutes. Boil green beans for 5 minutes, then add carrots, cut into long strips and boil 2 more minutes. Pour off the water. It should look as in the photo above.

Heat the wok or deep pan and fry the marinated beef. As it'll give some juice, stew it. Stew until the most part of the liquid boils down. 

Add boiled vegetables to the beef and stir carefully!
