The most delicious chips in microwave without oil and salt!

A very tasty recipe. You can add salt and spices if you wish. The most amazing is that you can give these chips even to your child, they are absolutely harmless. Crispy and delicious! Eat while hot and crispy immediately after cooking.

Ingredients:

2-3 potatoes;

spices and salt to taste.

Method:

1. Wash potatoes with a brush. To peel or not to pee is up to you.

2. Cut into rounds or thin slices. You can use a special grater for this purpose (Mandoline, for example).

3. Arrange them into a single layer in a baking paper.

4. Add salt and species to taste. (I didn’t add them at all)

5. Heat your microwave oven to 700W and bake for about 3-5 minutes (depends on your microwave).

6. As soon as you see the surface of potatoes starts to brown (not earlier, because your chips won’t be crispy), take them out and put to the absorbent paper towel.

Repeat this process until your potatoes are finished.
