Carrot Souffle. Tender, Rather Sweet, Rather Spicy, Nice And Orange

Ingredients (4 servings):

- 45 g carrot (peeled and cut into large pieces)
- 1/2 glass of sugar 
- 100 g of melted butter
- 1 mashed banana
- 3 tbs of flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger.

Method:
Boil carrots in a small quantity of water until soft. Pour off the water and put away. Preheat the oven to 180C. All the rest ingredients mix in a kitchen machine and whisk until homogeneous and smooth condition. Take moulds and and pour out the mass. Put into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. You can eat the souffle immediately.
